Fibrele in dieta scad riscul de cancer colorectal

Buna dimineata!

Un mic dejun bogat in nutrienti, gustos, usor de realizat si mai ales sanatos.
Am folosit 2 banane, 1 portocala, pudra de cacao, seminte decorticate de canepa, fulgi de cocos, fulgi de ovaz.
Se poate servi cu iaurt sau lapte vegetal, dupa preferinte.

Beneficii nutritionale:

  • bananele – potasiu, alfa si beta caroten, magneziu, carbohidrati, fibre
  • portocala – vitamina C, A, folat, fibre, carbohidrati, potasiu, calciu
  • semintele de canepa – 30% proteine, toti aminoacizii esentiali, acizi grasi omega 3, fibre, calciu, magneziu, potasiu
  • fulgii de cocos – grasimi vegetale saturate, fibre, potasiu, magneziu, zinc, carbohidrati
  • musli de ovaz – carbohidrati, fibre, calciu, potasiu, magneziu, vitamina B5, proteina; in ovaz nu exista gluten si teoretic poate fi folosit de cei cu boala celiaca, totusi este posibila contaminarea cu orz sau secara, de aceea trebuie folosit cu prudenta
  • pudra de cacao – carbohidrati, grasimi vegetale saturate si nesaturate, fibre, magneziu, potasiu, zinc seleniu, proteine.

Toate alimentele folosite contin fibre, care sunt extrem de importante pentru a avea un tranzit intestinal normal.

De asemenea, prezenta fibrelor in dieta este asociata cu reducerea riscului de cancer colo-rectal. Pentru 10 grame de fibre pe zi, riscul de a dezvolta cancer colo-rectal scade cu 10%, conform meta-analizei 1.
